We can not control the movement of your cosmetics once they leave our Shoppe, thus we do not permit any refunds for products that show shorter shelf life than anticipated. You are free to buy samples, just to be sure you are satisfied with the product. All our products are insured when shipped, so if there are any damages to product, you will be able to have your money refunded. If there is a problem with the product itself, feel free to call us. In this case, we will have to return the product for laboratory inspection.
Natural cosmetics have one flaw- preservation. Where a paraben, synthetic or chemical preservative will guarantee 2 year shelf life on cosmetic emulsions, natural and herbal preservatives will only provide you 6-12 months at best. Consider this truth, in the management of your purchasing cycles:
You will know that the product has exceeded its lifespan when it has separated or scent is fouled. Note that oils may separate and this is easily fixed by remixing. Product is considered separated, when it becomes unstable and has a watery texture. This means it has broken down and has reached its demise.
You will accelerate the demise of your cosmetics by using contaminated applicators, brushes or sponges .
moisture, damp & water will effect life of dry mineral products- minerals are to be tapped out of the jar, never dip a brush into a jar. You will induce bacteria from the oil in your skin into your minerals.
Each product batch is documented. Our company will hold on file a batch sample of each cosmetic product. Any discrepancies or claims that a product has become unfit for purprose, is checked against this batch sample.
Our batch samples are correctly stored to the above instructions. It is important that you also do this with your cosmetics.
Cosmetic shelf lifes quoted here are the manufacturers values, under the assumption that:
1. Cosmetics are stored below 27 Degrees Celcius. Including During shipping.
2. Cosmetics are not tampered with post dispatch, prior to sale.
3. Cosmetics are stored at all times in a dry dark cool place.
4. Cosmetic periods after opening are adhered to.

We have sacrificed our ability to market our products for long years by not adding the parabens. This means , we can never make more than a batch at a time for cost effectiveness. Once we sell out of a batch, we make more product, unless there is a bulk special order. This means, we will not make the millions other cosmetic companies do, by mass production.
Be aware, alot of "natural cosmetic companies", hide their parabens in their fragrance or in another chemical sequence. I don't know how long God will allow us to provide safe cosmetics to the people, but we will try to serve you as long as he permits us. We try and warn as many as we can. Someday the cosmetic companies who sold these products will be accountable for those that they have hurt. People who trusted them will have recourse with their creator. But now it is a buyer beware market. Your body is yourown. Know what it is that you put on your flesh. Do not buy because it produces more bubbles or lasts longer. Do not let them suck you in by the supersize scam.
